Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the products back in their original Honeybalm packaging, ensuring all protective seals and applicators are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
